Membership Cancellation Policy

At W.E. Brown, we value our members and strive to provide transparent and flexible service options. Below is our official membership cancellation policy for both monthly and annual billing plans.

Member Cancellations

Notice Requirement- You may cancel your membership after six months’ written notice. Or at any time Service Partner Discount hasn’t been applied to any service calls.

Monthly Memberships

If notice is received before your next billing date, no further charges will apply.

If notice is received after your billing date, your membership will remain active until the end of that billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

Monthly drafts to process your request, the cancellation form must be received 30 days in advance of the next billing date (28th). If submitted less than 30 days in advance, the cancellation may not go into effect until the next billing cycle.

Annual Memberships

You may cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund if the Service Partner Discount hasn’t been applied to any service calls.

Refunds can be issued for the remaining balance if only one service visit has been completed.

Memberships are non-refundable if services have been completed.

You may disable auto-renewal at any time to avoid future charges by sending in an email that you wish not to renew.

Cancellations by W.E. Brown

Memberships are non-refundable. However, exceptions may apply in certain circumstances, such as duplicate charges, billing errors, or situations approved at management’s discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel any membership under the following conditions.

If cancellation occurs on our part, we will notify you by email. A full refund will be issued if no services have been completed; a partial refund will be issued for the remaining balance if one service has been completed.
